My first post on twitter was back in december 2006. It was called Working on my attention.
I’ve tried Twitter back then thanks to a very smart post from Kathy Sierra.

Unfortunately, Kathy is under web violence at the moment (which also represent a huge insight on weblife). She explains everything in her blog (Wikipedia summary of the story just below).

Thanks for that great insight before the hype. I hope you will blog back. Lessons needed.

In March 2007, Kathy Sierra abruptly cancelled her appearance at the O’Reilly ETech conference in San Diego, after receiving graphic and sexual messages that made her afraid to leave her house. In a blog post at Creating Passionate Users,
she stated that the harassment started with some blog comments posted
four weeks earlier. Then she came across some other comments and
photographs which indicated to her a pattern of intimidation
